This project is intended to provide an introduction to Design Activism and Social Purpose. My chosen theme focused on freedom of speech and censorship in Russia. Drawing inspiration from the visual language of USSR propaganda posters, I adopted a bold, brutalist aesthetic - direct, uncompromising, and powerful. To reinforce the message, I incorporated the main call to action in the shape of a megaphone, symbolizing the amplification of suppressed voices and the fight for the right to speak freely.
